Title says all. I’d appreciate it.
I’m actually a big fan of Oasis and Nirvana, and have already learned some of their songs. I completely forgot about Three Days Grace though. That band and a few others got me into music. I’ll try playing Just Like You later.
But I’m not really looking for songs with power chords. I’ve found tons of those. I’m talking just basic chords.

Most Oasis songs use pretty basic chord progressions, not strictly rock though.
AC/DC use basic chords too, try learning Highway to Hell, it’s an easy song to learn but it makes you feel good when you play it and recognise it
Any Nirvana song will probably be fairly simple. “Smells Like Teen Spirit” uses the same four power chords, and there’s a lead that’s a good one for beginning soloists to learn as well.
“Just Like You” by Three Days Grace is another easy one.
Deep Purple-Smoke on the Water
Green Day-Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)
AC/DC-You Shook Me All Night Long
The Beatles-Yesterday
The Smiths-Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now
The Clash- London Calling
I’m sure you already know the first four songs mentioned…
